Course Includes: I-300 Intermediate ICS- 3 hours S-200 Initial Attack Incident Commander- 36 hours INSTRUCTOR LED / FIELD PRESENTATION DATES (1) June 22, 23, 24, 25 (2) July 27, 28, 29, 30 (3) August 25, 26, 27, 28 (4) September 21, 22, 23, 24 (5) October 27, 28, 29, 30 10-hour class days to emulate minimum shift requirements on incident, staging, severity, and operational preparedness. *With >1/2-hour lunches and varied intermission. I-300, Intermediate ICS, consists of activities and a final exam in which students will be able to demonstrate the responsibilities, duties, and capabilities of an effective ICS in expanding incidents. Course Prerequisites: ICS 100 and 200 Minimum Requirements: Working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS) Meet the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Be able to function responsibly in a Command and/or General Staff Position S-200, Initial Attack Incident Commander, is presented in a discussion/exercise format and focuses on the initial attack on small, non-complex fires. The course is made up of six instructional units which include foundation skills, intelligence gathering and documentation, sizing up the incident, developing a plan of action, post-fire activities, and evaluating incident objectives and managing the incident. Students are evaluated through unit tests and performance. Course Prerequisites: Qualified as any single resource boss Minimum Requirements: Demonstrate proficient leadership, risk management, and communication skills at the Incident Commander Type 4 (ICT4) level

THESE COURSES CAN SPAN ANYWHERE FROM 7-4 DAYS. WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR COURSE MAKE SURE YOU TO ADD A MESSAGE SAYING WHICH DATES YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN (i.e., April 7-April12 or April 7,8,9,10,11,12) IN ORDER TO NOT CAUSE CONFUSION ON DATES.
